The Tradewind 35 is a well known ocean cruising yacht with a 30 year pedigree. This most successful John Rock design incorporates all the well tried qualities which inspire  confidence.  Poldeaux was built in 1984.

With a long keel and heavy displacement Poldeaux possess exceptional seakeeping and handling characteristics which makes her a pleasure to sail.  Whether coastal hopping or ocean cruising the Tradewind 35 ensures a safe and comfortable passage.

The Tradewind has an efficient cutter rig and easy sail handing when passage making to any corner of the globe.  Poldeaux is a pleasure to sail; remaining light on the helm at all points with accurate tracking.

The external arrangement of the Tradewind 35 has a flush for deck making sail handling easy. A deep cockpit aft gives security and protection against the elements. As you would expect with a yacht of this pedigree the accommodation below is designed for comfort afloat and practicality when under way.  The layout of the accommodation provides a spacious saloon boasting over six foot headroom and two sea going berths, a galley with large work areas and a chart table ideally positioned for the navigator's comfort.  Further forward the roomy, well appointed shower/ heads compartment the owners cabin and adjacent locker area.

With wheel steering and a Bukh 36hp diesel engine driving a three bladed propeller the vessel is easily manoeuvred in harbour and adequately powered to meet the varied needs of an ocean cruising yacht.
